Ted Cruz, Democrat Colin Allred is banking on abortion — and the lack of access in Texas — as a top issue that will motivate voters in the November election.

Cindy Hyde-Smith, R-Miss.
The Republican brief argues the FDA exceeded its authority by removing requirements for in-person visits to a doctor before the pills could be prescribed.
