now report that Chelsea have agreed a deal with City to sign Palmer and the west Londoners are set to pay around £40-£45m.
Assuming Palmer passes a medical, which he is set to undergo in the next 24 hours, he just needs to agree personal terms with the Blues.indicating that Palmer has already said yes to the move and is thought to be ready for a new chapter. Palmer has three years left on his contract at the Etihad Stadium and while Pep Guardiola was open to keeping him, first-team opportunities were likely to come at a premium given City’s options in attack.
