Cody Martin, Hornets Agree To Four-Year, $32M Deal - RealGM Wiretap
The Charlotte Hornets have agreed to re-sign Cody Martin to a four-year deal worth $32 million. Martin had been a restricted free agent this offseason.
Martin is coming off a career-best year for the Hornets. He played 26.3 minutes per game in 71 appearances. Martin averaged 7.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.2 steals. Martin was considered to be one of the better 3&D options in this free agent class. Charlotte has some uncertainty at the wing position, which made re-signing Martin a priority.
