Coach Nkosi is loving it in the deep end

One might say that it was her destiny to one day be in the hot seat. Earlier this year, Nkosi attained a CAF C coaching licence. Something pushed her to get the qualification after having secured a CAF D licence in 2018.

“It was a dream come true. In a way, I have been preparing for that moment because I’ve always wanted to be a coach. “I am thankful to the club for giving me the opportunity. I don’t know what it was that pushed me this year to get the CAF C licence, but I am very happy that I did,” said the 34-year-old who plays as a defender.

Jerry Tshabalala took a back seat and Agnes Nkosi jumped at the chance to run the show.
