Selected players will get to test a portion of the game's co-op experience and see how the servers handle a large player base.

The close network test for the highly anticipated FromSoftware game, began on January 10th at 9 AM ET and will run until January 20th at 9 AM ET. Players can sign up now for a chance to participate. The test will take place across five different sessions on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, spanning from February 14th to February 15th. Sessions will be available from 6 AM ET to 9 AM ET and 10 PM ET to 1 AM ET the following day.

Selected players will get to experience a portion of the game before its full release, allowing Bandai Namco to gauge the performance of their servers and online systems under heavy load. This portion will focus on the game's co-op experience, where players team up with two others to navigate a three-day cycle filled with increasingly challenging enemies and bosses. The game takes place in a revamped setting called 'Limveld,' which is designed to change every time you play. Each cycle begins in the familiar Roundtable Hold, where players can choose from eight characters with unique abilities and 'Ultimates.' The Limveld map shrinks each night, introducing a new boss. Defeating the boss progresses the cycle to the next day. This continues until the final night, where players face off against a 'Nightlord.' If players fail at any point and have to restart, they'll earn a relic that allows them to customize and upgrade their character
