Maker Kitchens, part of a Los Angeles-based development group, is taking over the former Clintonville Outfitters space at 2864 N. High St.
A"ghost kitchen" with capacity for 22 vendors is slated to open in the next few weeks in Clintonville.A February opening is planned.

Each space has its own gas and electric meters; the lease agreements include access to a shared refrigerator, freezer and dry storage.The stalls will be accessible 24 hours a day.Orders can be picked up by customers or delivery services through Boxie food lockers. Individual customers or drivers will get a code to open lockers.Construction on the building, which had been vacant since 2018, started in late July. The contractor is Olio Development Group, which specializes in restaurant build-outs.
