The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 2-year-old girl and a 4-year-old child who was last seen Wednesday.

The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 2-year-old girl and a 4-year-old girl who were last seen Wednesday.

Royalty Royalle Smith is 2 feet tall and weighs 19 pounds, police said. She is Black and has brown hair and brown eyes.According to police, Royalty and Katier were taken by their mother, Laketa Lorine Cannon, 24. Laketa is 5 feet, 3 inches and weighs 150 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Laketa and the children were last seen on East 28th Street.
