According to police, 5-year-old Dream Peoples was reported missing Wednesday and is believed to be endangered.
CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland police issued an AMBER alert for a missing 5-year-old girl Wednesday night.
She was last seen with her father, Marsallis Peoples, on Feb. 2 in the 800 block of London Road.Police said they could be traveling in a 2022 tan Chevy pickup truck with license plate PNB 1388.
