The Cleveland Monsters have signed goaltender Pavel Cajan to an AHL contract for the 2024-25 season.
CLEVELAND, Ohio -
In his 22 appearances last season for the Monsters, Cajan went 8-8-4 with two shutouts and posted a .898 save percentage.Cajan, a 6′2″, 176 lb. left-shooting native of Hlubos, Czechia, also spent time with the ECHL’s Cincinnati Cylcones as well as the ECHL’s Kalamazoo Wings last season. The Monsters first signed Cajan to a two-year contract in 2022, after 44 appearances with the OHL’s Kitchener Rangers where he had a record of 21-18-4 with a 3.61 goals-against average and a .901 save percentage.The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed forward Owen Sillinger to a one-year, two-way National Hockey League/American Hockey League contract for the 2024-25 season.
