'26.2 to Life' is a documentary about inmates training to run a grueling marathon inside the heavily guarded walls of San Quentin.
The first is thebeginning at 3:01 a.m. on Sept. 29. The documentary tells the story of San Quentin’s 1000 Mile Club, the prison’s long-distance running club whose members train all year for the prison’s grueling marathon within its heavily guarded walls.
In addition, CIFF will present its Spooky Shorts program to get you in the Halloween spirit. Running Oct. 27-Nov. 1, the lineup includes five scary short films from a recent festival plus a sneak peek at one of the shorts coming to the After Hours sidebar next year. The program includes “
