The new lot is needed to alleviate overcrowding on the roadways and to prevent cars from spending too much time parked at the terminal when picking up and dropping off travelers, airport spokesman John Goersmeyer said.
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cleveland Hopkins has created a second cell-phone lot for people picking up and dropping off passengers at the airport in an attempt to alleviate overcrowding on the roadways near the terminal.
The second lot is located behind the closed Sheraton hotel and adjacent to the Orange parking lot, accessible from Inner Drive. The original cell-phone lot, located just east of the airport, is available, too.
