Construction continues at The Marquee at Cedar Lee one year after a massive fire.

On Jan. 24, 2025, the building went up in flames. At the time, it was under construction for about 2 years. The Marquee posted an update back in September, seven months after the fire. It states: The Cedar building will follow the same plan as the original build. It will bring an in-ground pool, luxury fitness center, indoor common area with complimentary coffee, and so much more to The Marquee. 19 News reached out to the City of Cleveland Heights and The Marquee for a comment.
