OHIO TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A Clermont County man is wanted after he was indicted Thursday in a fatal November 2025 overdose, according to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office. Wade Hensgen , 51, of Ohio Township , was charged with two counts each of involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, trafficking cocaine and trafficking a fentanyl-related compound, deputies said.
Deputies said the charges stem from an incident on Nov. 16, 2025, when they received reports that a 31-year-old woman had stopped breathing just before 6 p.m. in the 1700 block of Lindale Nicholville Road. First responders attempted life-saving measures, but the woman died at the scene. Detectives spoke Hensgen at the scene, who said the woman had been using narcotics.Deputies said that phones recovered at the scene revealed that Hensgen and the victim were in a relationship, and the woman often bought drugs from him.
