A Clermont County man is charged after his girlfriend's toddler allegedly overdosed on THC after getting a hold of his vape pen.

CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio - A Clermont County man is charged after his girlfriend's toddler allegedly overdosed on THC after getting a hold of his vape pen. Nathon Bullock faces a felony child endangering charge. A Clermont County grand jury indicted him on April 11. Emergency crews were called to a home on University Lane on Aug. 28. The mother had called 911 after hearing her toddler coughing violently. She said she found a vape pen next to the child and while it wasn't hers, she said she knew it might contain weed.The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations confirmed the vape pen contained Delta 9 THC.
The Clermont County Sheriff's Office says Bullock admitted that the vape pen was his and he accidentally left it within reach of the toddler.
