Lebanon County election director, Sean Drasher, says mail-in ballots will not be going out on September 16. Drasher says he hopes that Lebanon County will be able to start mailing out ballots in the first week of October. However, he says for other counties that could happen sooner depending on when their ballots are complete and ready to be sent.
CBS 21 asked the Pennsylvania Department of State when the earliest mail-in ballots could be sent out, a spokesperson replied with this statement:
