President Cyril Ramaphosa and DA leader John Steenhuisen may be closer to an agreement than we think – despite the clamour and noise about offers and counter-offers, writes It will be exactly four weeks on Wednesday since the dramatic seventh democratic election where the ANC's support collapsed from the high 50s to just above the 30 percent mark.
