Bulacan Gov. Fernando suspended classes in all levels for both private and public schools in the City of Malolos due to inclement weather.

Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando suspended classes in all levels for both private and public schools in the City of Malolos and in the municipalities of Norzagaray, Calumpit, Hagonoy, Balagtas, Dona Remedios Trinidad, Bulakan, Baliuag, and San Ildefonso on Friday, Jan.6, due to inclement weather brought about by the Low Pressure Areas , northeast monsoon, shear line, and the rainfall warning issued by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration .

Liz Mungcal of the Provincial Risk Reduction and Management Office warned Bulakenyos that the release of water from the Angat Dam spillway will increase rapidly due to the continuous inflows to the reservoir.
