Washington — Justice Clarence Thomas on Monday temporarily put on hold a lower court order that required Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina to testify before aThomas, who oversees emergency matters from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit,of the federal district court's order "pending further order of the undersigned or of the court.
The subpoena from Willis to Graham is part of an investigation she opened early last year after a phone call between former President Donald Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was revealed. In anof the call, Trump was heard asking Raffensperger to "find" enough votes to make him the winner of the state's presidential contest.
