City Power says it is struggling to keep up with maintenance as we experience higher stages of rolling blackouts.
Eskom announces Stage 6 power cuts until further noticeCity Power spokesperson Isaac Mangena says they have a winter plan to deal with this but the rolling blackouts don't make it easy.
He said:"The truth of the matter is that we are not able to keep up with the stages of load shedding. The higher stages of load shedding mean that we are obviously not able to provide electricity to the residents of the city of Johannesburg as we should and that means half the time we are not able to provide that electricity," he said.
