CITY OF ENTERPRISE, ALABAMA as follows: Upon public notice and hearings as required by law, and following recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Enterprise, Alabama, previous Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map of the City of Enterprise, Alabama, adopted herein and on file in the Office of the City Clerk and the Office of the City Engineering Department, City of Enterprise, is hereby amended and, as amended, shall reflect the following: A parcel of land belonging to Mark Johns being located in the City of Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama and being further described as follows: A lot or parcel of land located in the City of Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama, and being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of the southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 5, Township 4 North, Range 22 East; thence N89*36’53”W for a distance of 354.
47 feet to a point; thence S12*33’34”E for a distance of 556.02 feet to an iron pin set and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continues S12*33’34”E for a distance of 424.46 feet to an iron pin found on the north right of way line of North Industrial Blvd; thence along said R/W line S63*25’38”W for a distance of 249.50 feet to an IPS; thence leaving said R/W line N25*36’14”W for a distance of 398.20 feet to an IPS; thence N64*57’56”E for a distance of 8.15 feet to an IPS; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 11.22 feet and an arc length of 18.27 feet with a chord bearing and distance of S72*34’08”E, 16.32 feet; thence S24*33’57”E for a distance of 9.43 feet to an IPS N64*34’10”E for a distance of 152.04 feet to a set nail and disc; thence N26*02’07”W for a distance of 42.82 feet to an IPS; thence N65*06’53”E for a distance of 173.66 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Said land contains 2.69 acres, more or less. Said property, set out in detail in the records of the Planning Commission and described by Map A is amended and, as amended, shall be zoned and described by Map B which is attached hereto and is a permanent part of the Zoning Ordinance and Map.
