The new smoked and fried chicken wings are brined, tossed in signature BBQ rub, hickory smoked and quickly fried. Served with house-made buttermilk ranch and crisp pickles, the wings are available in six, 12, or 18 pieces. The brisket chili is a classic thick, hearty chili made with brisket, five different chilis, and black beans. It is topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and pickled jalapeños. The chili can also be ordered on fresh-cut fries or on mac and cheese.
