“This is a city airport and people will want extra and there will be more business passengers because it’s easier to come here. At today's event, Fernandes announced AirAsia's return to Subang’s Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport where they began their business 23 years ago.Datuk Fareh Mazputra, the managing director for Air Asia Malaysia, said the reason for returning to Subang was driven by opportunity.
"We hope with this expansion we can continue to grow in the region and beyond adding new flights from Subang with international flights on the horizon as well," he said.
