, a flagship curriculum programme that aims to upskill IT and network professionals with the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert certification.
NIL Learning provides technical training to IT professionals and companies around the globe, delivered by IT experts. According to Cisco, Project 525 takes the approach of going beyond traditional routing and switching technology to include new and evolving technologies like SD-WAN, software-defined networking, software defined architecture, cloud computing, network automation and programmability, and internet of things.“South Africa faces a shortage of sought-after certified technology skillsets. We must prioritise addressing this shortage with programmes such as Project 525.

Malawi Intensifies Rescue Efforts as Cyclone Death Toll RisesMalawi rescue teams have begun to utilize sniffer dogs to locate people trapped under rubble caused by Cyclone Freddy. The Malawi government announced that Zambia dispatched two aircraft to aid in the rescue efforts, with additional nations pledging to do the same, reports Lameck Masina for VOA. Since making landfall in the southern African region in late February and circling back for a second time, Cyclone Freddy has killed over 500 people in Malawi, Mozambique, and Madagascar. The storm had dissipated, but the rain continues to hamper rescue efforts as vehicles struggled on flooded roads. Authorities say there are still many areas that cannot be accessed by either vehicles or boats.
