KUALA LUMPUR, May 11 — Cinnamon Group won big at the 2023/2024 HAPA Awards Malaysia Series last night — scooping up 15 awards — for Nadodi, Natalina, Aliyaa, Kikubari and Bocado.
Natalina's Stefano La Penna was honoured as Chef of the Year: King of Western Cuisine category. For Aliyaa's Sivarajah Suppiah, he picked up the Chef of the Year: King of Asian Cuisine award. Italian restaurant Natalina also scooped up the Best Restaurant award for Italian cuisine. Sri Lankan establishment Aliyaa was awarded Best Restaurant for the Casual Dining category.
