There may be two more movies set within the world of A Quiet Place on the way
, with John Krasinski returning as director.
Krasinski has also provided the story for an upcoming spin-off, that is currently in the works with director Jeff Nichols , but we shouldn't expect the story of A Quiet Place to end here. JOE was lucky enough to chat to Cillian Murphy in the run-up to the release of A Quiet Place Part II, and among the many topics in discussion were conversations about those upcoming sequels.Much like the first movie's sorta-cliffhangery ending, A Quiet Place II definitely leaves us wanting more, so we asked Murphy if there were any discussions about where the story might go next.
He told us:"I think there will be another one. What [writer/director John Krasinski] has done is so elegant, in that he has started tiny with the story, and then expanded it a bit bigger, and a bit bigger, and I guess the next one will be slightly bigger."Whereas, normally, it starts huge, y'know, like the White House gets blown up or something like that and then it comes [down].
