No. 4 Archbishop Riordan used a 19-7 fourth quarter to secure a 57-46 win over No. 13 Campolindo at home in the Division I regionals on Tuesday night.

SAN FRANCISCO — As No. 4 Archbishop Riordan coach Joe Curtin was walking off the floor following his team’s 57-46 win over No. 13 Campolindo on Tuesday night, he smiled and shook his head.

After getting revenge on Tuesday, Curtin offered credit to Dyer, then said, “that era ended tonight.” Curtain said Wise was “borderline unplayable” as a junior last year, when Campo ended Riordan’s season. Campo also secured a 54-51 win earlier this season, but Wise has developed quickly, Curtin said.

“For most of my high school career, my post game has been a focal point, but I’ve been able to step it up to a level where I can get easy points and make the game simple for myself,” Wise said.
