Kota Kinabalu: Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB) mengingatkan kontraktor, khususnya di Sabah, agar mematuhi peraturan dengan memastikan syarikat berdaftar serta pekerja mereka mendapat akreditasi.
Pengarah CIDB Sabah Rosmen Ag Hassan berkata terdapat lima fokus di bawah Akta 520 Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia yang perlu dipenuhi oleh kontraktor.Ini merangkumi Pendaftaran Kontraktor , Kewajipan Kontraktor ), Pengenaan Levi , Pendaftaran Personel Binaan , Pentauliahan dan Pensijilan Penyelia Tapak Binaan dan Pekerja Binaan Mahir ) dan Berurusan dengan Bahan Binaan yang tidak diperakui ).
