Cibo's classic Spinaci Zola dip meets lasagna in this new hybrid dish.
Italian restaurant Cibo is celebrating its 23rd birthday in probably the best way possible – with the launch of their newest menu item, the Spinach Dip Lasagna.
It's a hybrid of Cibo's popular appetizer staple, the Spinaci Zola dip, sans the crusty crostini – instead, it merges the creamy, gooey spinach and gorgonzola cheese dip with layers of fresh lasagna and even more cheese, finished off with a crunch on top. The new Spinach Dip Lasagna will be available in select Cibo stores for takeout and delivery starting Saturday, August 8 – just call Cibo's hotline to check.
