Clark International Airport Corp. and Pampanga State Agricultural University signed a memorandum of understanding on July 30, 2024 to collaborate on the development of the 62-hectare National Food Hub at Clark Civil Aviation Complex.
The MOU outlines several areas of collaboration, including research and development, extension and training projects, food security and sustainable farming systems, human resource sharing and staff training and capability-building activities.
