Actress and singer Chrystabell and the visionary director behind ' Twin Peaks ' have reunited for the new album ' Cellophane Memories,' what label Sacred Bones Records bills as 'a new, mystical album' from the frequent collaborators. ' Cellophane Memories' releases Aug. 2 and is available for pre-order.
