It’s not that the Left doesn’t want to observe Christmas, which is perfectly fine. It’s that it seems to hate it and all those who do celebrate it. The Left’s merciless attack on Christmas is astounding. It became mainstream in 2005 with an unfortunately well-thought-out scheme. One can never forget theto replace “Merry Christmas” with the term “Happy Holidays” to provide a more “inclusive” phrase for those who don’t participate in the widely celebrated holiday.
The movement to bring down the nuclear family and bring down Christmas has been well plotted, planned, and executed. In a 2020, one of its operatives argued that the family structure we’ve held up as the cultural ideal for the past half-century has been a catastrophe for many.
Once the traditional family structure is erased and deemed “harmful,” you leave room for anything. Why not allow three men to marry each other and raise a child? Yes, that happened. In California, a gay polyamorous throuplein 2017 when it became the first family in the state to list three dads on a birth certificate. I’ll bet you pennies to Prozac and dollars to Diazepam that child will suffer some severe emotional trauma.
Despite the Left's darkest, most convoluted efforts, family and life are finally winning again this Christmas season.
