Christine McGuinness has revealed she's 'dating again' two years after she announced her split from TV star Paddy after 11 years of marriage and 15 years together
Since presenting her first solo documentary in 2023, Christine McGuinness has continued to pursue her solo career, most recently getting eliminated from Celebrity MasterChef, as she admitted she was "relieved." As well as working on her professional career since her split from Paddy McGuinness, she's also admitted she's back in the dating game.
"A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make but we're moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children. We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.
The former couple had their first encounter back at a Liverpool Tennis Tournament in 2007 where Christine was modelling. Speaking to The Liverpool Echo, she shared that initially, she had no clue about Paddy's fame, saying: "He was supposed to be watching the tennis, but I think he was really more interested in the fashion show."
Throughout their 10 years of marriage, the couple had three children together, and shared they stayed living together throughout their separation. The couple resided in Bolton, but Christine, said she felt increasingly isolated as she "didn't know anybody" in the Greater Manchester town. The situation was 'made worse' with Paddy's frequent commutes to London for work.
