The 'Yellowjackets' star's statement comes on the heels of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis' apology for writing character letters for Danny Masterson in the rape cases against him.
She continued, “People we know as ‘awesome guys’ can be predators and abusers. It’s tough to accept but we have to. If we say we support victims — women, children, men, boys — then we must be able to take this stance.”
In another slide, the actress noted that she has known “awesome guys,” who were great to her but have proven to be abusers to other people in private settings. “I’ve also had personal experience with this,” she concluded. “Believe victims. It’s not easy to come forward. It’s not easy to get a conviction.”
