According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the 41-year-old reality star was instructed to deposit $150,000 from the sale into a restricted, interest-bearing trust account. A judge issued this order in October 2024, and the documents were filed earlier this month when Haack retained new legal representation.
Haack and Hall, 44, were married for two years before filing for divorce in July 2024. The divorce proceedings are ongoing, with Haack stating that a trial is likely.
