CHRIS Tarrant's son has claimed a syndicate was running a ring to scam all British TV game shows not just Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.
Toby said: "You know those syndicate people? I think they weren’t just ‘Millionaire’, they were doing every single game show in the country I think at the time. "I texted him during it just saying ‘this is really weird’ but he’s already seen it so I don’t think he watched it last night. I think he’s watched it twice through now."
In 2001, former Army major, Charles Ingram cheated his way to winning £1million.But the cheque was taken from him as he left the studio because suspicions began to surface about how he got the answers right.
