The suit, which was filed in a Houston court Monday, says the men had chairs thrown at them and were repeatedly kicked, stomped and beaten.The defendants named in the case are Brown; Yella Beezy, whose legal name is Markies Conway; Live Nation Worldwide; Live Nation Marketing; Omololu Omari Akinlolu a.k.a. Hood Boss or HoodyBaby; and a John Doe identified as Sinko Ceej.Representatives for Beezy and Live Nation did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday.

“This is Texas. The people here don’t care how important or famous you think you are, you have an obligation to follow the laws and conduct yourself in an appropriate way,” said Tony Buzbee, one of the lawyers representing the plaintiffs, in a statement to“Unprovoked violence can’t and won’t be tolerated. We intend to seek all damages that the law allows against Brown and his cohorts.

The plaintiffs then began to exit again, the suits says, when one of Brown’s associates said to him, “Man, you don’t remember you two were beefing,” referring to Bush.The plaintiffs attempted to flee, the suit goes on to say, but they were pursued into a hallway by approximately seven to ten of Brown’s companions.

According to the suit, Bush was punched in the chest and had a chair thrown at his head, Parker was stomped on and kicked in the head for over 10 minutes, Lewis was punched in the chest and shoulder, and Powell was punched in the shoulder. The men sustained neck, shoulder and back injuries, and Parker was hospitalized with head injuries, the suit says.
