The Indian army said today that a fight broke out in Galwan valley in the Ladakh region last night with casualties on both sides. There was no immediate comment from China, but reports claimed five Chinese soldiers were killed and 11 hurt.Senior military officials from India and China are currently meeting at the border to defuse the situation.Thousands of Indian and Chinese soldiers, backed by armored trucks and artillery, have been facing off just a few hundred yards apart for more than a month in the Ladakh region near Tibet.
