Children’s Museum to reopen Wednesday after closing for 2 days due to water pipe rupture

The Children's Museum of Indianapolis announced they will be closed Monday and Tuesday due to a pipe burst causing flooding in the Welcome Center and box offices.

INDIANAPOLIS — The Children's Museum of Indianapolis is scheduling to reopen on Wednesday after being closed for two days due to a pipe bursting into the welcome area and box offices of the museum.Vice President of Operations Audra Blasdel explained to WRTV there will be new procedures for entering the museum as they reopen to the public.

After crossing the skywalk into the museum, guests will be greeted by staff and directed to either the box office or into the museum. "The museum is functioning as normal," Blasdel said."All of the things you love and enjoy about the museum will be here waiting for you when you come."
