After three decades behind bars, Correctional Services says Norman Afzal Simons will be under strict rules on parole.

The SA Human Rights Commission believes the government failed the families of the boys whose deaths were never solved. Correctional Services says the Parow and Strand communities will also be consulted before Simons' release.
