President and CEO Dr. Theresa Rulien says every dollar raised at the gala will be used for essential counseling services. "We need to encourage people to go out there and talk about anything that is on their mind, on their heart, and to recognize that it isn't just"those people" that have illnesses with mental health. It is all of us. We all have days where we are anxious or we are depressed or fearful. If we embrace that, it's a lot easier for us to deal with it," Dr. Theresa Rulien explained.
