Flame engulfed the home on Shute Harbour Road at Jubilee Pocket yesterday afternoon, sending plumes of black smoke into the tourist hotspot.She said the house was unoccupied at the time and no-one suffered any physical injuries.He has been charged with arson and will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
