The Covid-19 spread from a worker at a chicken factory in Pedas, Negeri Sembilan, and 60 people have been tested positive so far.This included a chicken factory in Negeri Sembilan, said Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.Ismail said another was a supermarket where the security guards were found to be infected and a construction site in Ampang.
The ministry then initiated a probe and close contact tracing. A total of 789 people, who had close contact with the factory worker, and their family members were screened for Covid-19. As soon as a decision is made by the NSC, the Cabinet will make a decision and an announcement will be made.
