As the Chicago Bears kick off their training camp, Mayor Brandon Johnson is making a move to keep the team in the Windy City.

On Tuesday, Richton Park became the fifth suburb seeking to host the Bears. Richton Park Mayor Rick Reinbold explained why the city is a strong contender. Mayor Reinbold highlighted that Richton Park owns about 1,000 acres of farmland close to two interstates and two Metra Electric stops, making it an attractive location for a new Bears stadium.
