, with kickoff set for 5:30 p.m. as temperatures are expected to feel around 10 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.The Chicago Bears are"implementing enhanced game day measures" to ensure fans stay safe with enjoying the game, according to the advisory. The team also reminded fans of their tailgating policies and what items can and can't be brought into the stadium in the advisory. "While winter weather is part of the authentic Chicago game day experience, fans are encouraged to dress in layers, stay alert to changing conditions and prioritize safety throughout Sunday’s matchup," the team said in the advisory.Warming centers are available at Loop Landing , on the Service Level down the southwest tunnel near the Dr Pepper Patio, NW colonnade and on the south side of the colonnadesFans cannot bring in cardboard to sit or stand onHot chocolate, coffee and cider is available for purchase throughout the stadium and from in-seat vendorsBlankets are permitted for Chicago Bears games at Solider Field as long as they are carried in hand or in an approved clear bag that meets the stadium's clear bag guidelinesGrills and heaters that use liquefied fuels are only allowed in open air surface lotsNo open flame, infrared panel or propane heaters are allowed in any lotIn the event of excessive winds, items that may become projectile may not be permitted"Residents and visitors attending the game should dress warmly and in layers," OEMC said in the advisory."OEMC advises everyone to be aware of weather conditions and to follow instructions and heed all warnings from public safety official
