Chelsea are set to make a formal approach to sign Tyler Adams this summer from Leeds, talkSPORT understands.
The Blues are ready to firm up their interest in the United States international, who has a £20million release clause.Adams is currently sidelined until September after suffering an injury-ravaged campaign last season.
