Chelsea Blackwell has had a wild couple of months. Since season 6 of Love Is Blind debuted in February, the star received backlash for her on-screen relationship with Jimmy Presnell and even for comparing herself to Megan Fox during the show. But post-Love Is Blind, Chelsea seems to be thriving. In an April 4 Instagram Story, the 31-year-old posted shared before-and-after photos of a recent weight loss. In the pics, Chelsea poses in front of a mirror, wearing a sports bra and pair of leggings.
'It was affecting my mental health and it was affecting my energy level, so I just decided to change things.'She started intermittent fasting. Chelsea shared that she started doing intermittent fasting, adding that she doesn't typically begin eating until noon. She also began following a high-protein diet with “as many fruits and vegetables as possible.' Chelsea said that she drinks 90 ounces of water a day, too.
