With the relatively big price tag, the 19-year-old may have expected to be part of the first team plans, but is yet to make a senior appearance for the club and trains with the development squad.It has now been reported by Ben Jacobs that Kellyman is set to depart Chelsea on a mid-season loan deal.
Jacobs continues to reveal that Kellyman is keen to remain in England if he is to depart on loan in the winter window.
