Successful business owner Modou, 28, now lives in Glasgow after moving to Scotland as a 19-year-old who could barely speak English.
Renowned chef Modou Diagne has created a new dining experience inspired by his life story from growing up in Senegal to arriving in Glasgow as a teenager with only £200.
Dishes on offer include his favourite childhood foods to his first home prepared meal, and recipes inspired by his beloved locations, as well as recollections with mentor Nico Simeone from renowned restaurant brand Six by Nico. Modou's story of hard work and determination captured the country after he was offered his own restaurant by Nico Simone in March 2020.
