Chef Rodney Baca collaborated with Hapa’s Brewery on the Apricot Summer Orchard IPA, the first release for the Valley Craft label.
Hapa’s Brewery has made two new beers, a Prospector Gold and an Orchard Apricot Ale, that will be served at Levi’s Stadium and at Hapa’s taproom in San Jose. For 49ers fans looking for a genuine taste of the Santa Clara Valley at Levi’s Stadium, Chef Rodney Baca and Hapa’s Brewery have cooked up something special.
