Despite helping to turn a program around, recording hundreds of tackles and even getting faster last spring by running track, the scholarship offers weren’t exactly ‘flooding in’.
“It felt great definitely,” Martin said. “A definite weight off my shoulders. Now I can focus on Boise State and not have to worry about the recruitment and just focus on football.”Granada Hills Charter standout running back Dijon Stanley signed to Utah. The senior led the Highlanders to a LA City Section Division I title, SoCal Regional crown and the program’s first-ever CIF State final by totaling 2,756 yards and 33 touchdowns in 14 games.
